REGOS e-services for insured persons

Based on statutory powers and competencies, REGOS links the collected and processed data on calculated contributions for pension insurance on the basis of generational solidarity (I pillar) and individual capitalized savings (II pillar) with relevant data on payments by insured persons and other persons. The collected data are recorded in the REGOS Register.
REGOS is authorized to provide the insured persons and other persons obliged to data submission with available reports on all their data electronically kept in the Register, while respecting the principle of confidentiality. Development and upgrades of the REGOS e-services system enables faster and more efficient ways of communication with citizens who gain access to documents by electronic means while using credentials of the e-Citizens system: e-Pass or m-Token. Insured persons may request e-Pass at any branch office of the Croatian Financial Agency (FINA) if they present their personal ID card or other personal document with photo attached.

REGOS e-services include a set of electronic services which allow the insured persons and taxpayers to submit electronic document queries, download electronic documents and enable insights into personal and business mailboxes with REGOS notifications. Persons insured within the II pillar can obtain the following documents from the REGOS Register via e-sevices:
  • Report on received payments, calculated and paid contributions for pension insurance (data from JOPPD form of 1 December 2013 onwards),
  • Report on the balance and turnover on the personal account
  • Excerpt from the Register (data from R-Sm form until 31 December 2013)
  • Certificate of compulsory pension fund membership
  • Notification of the cash value of assets on the personal account of the fund’s member
  • Copy of the application for compulsory pension fund registration
  • Certificate of the compulsory pension fund share ownership
  • Excerpt from Other Income Register – until 31 December 2013

Based on online query submitted by users, REGOS produces the requested document electronically and immediately delivers it to the requested e-mail address. The link for downloading the requested electronically signed document in pdf format is sent to the e-mail address from the query.

E-mailboxes of insured persons also enable the delivery of other electronic documents and documents that REGOS must provide to insured persons and others according to special regulations (official schedule of insured persons in compulsory pension fund, Report on the balance and turnover on the personal account, etc.).

Electronic documents can be obtained via the internet, without going to the counters and free of charge.
